Logicom Hub Ltd are a small but busy training and consultancy in the transport of dangerous goods; We are recruiting to support the Company growth ambitions, roll out new training initiatives to evolve our customer service and loyalty, embracing the company culture to ensure people have a great work experience that is efficient, and customer focused on every task.  Our training specialises in the international carriage of dangerous goods by Air, Road, Sea & Rail. We help our customers stay compliant with the dangerous goods regulations by offering training and support to avoid government penalties. We offer our customers different ways to receive training and dangerous goods information, via public and virtual classrooms, in-house, e-learning, and social media.

We are looking for an organised and highly effective communicator who is passionate about supporting people on their learning journey. The role and
company are growing, and we want someone who can take the apprenticeship with a long-term view of potentially developing into a training co-ordinator, delivery, or design role.

What will I be doing as an Apprentice?
 Organising the delivery of training materials to students or trainers.
 Tracking delivery of the student material on the website.
 Preparing training materials, print, binding along with other course assets.
 Scanning examinations into our cloud storage system.
 Help the company to document our processes for different aspects of the business.
 Support the sales process with lead validation and web research on potential customers.
 Work with Sales to organise Social Media posts on Twitter and LinkedIn.
 Support our e-learning program by helping customers with technical IT issues
 Support the Training Administrator.
