Social Media & Content Assistant (Internship)

Are you a creative person looking for a career in marketing?

We are searching for a paid social media & content assistant to join our small team for up to 16 hours/week in our office in Leeds city centre.

The perfect candidate will have:

• Design & creative experience (A-level/degree in relevant field, previous experience professional or personal)
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, Figma (or something similar).
• Experience planning, creating and posting social media content
• Understanding of how social media works: algorithms, trends and analytics
• Basic knowledge of marketing, B2B & B2B

 

If you don’t tick every single box, don’t worry – you can learn the rest on the job! We need you to be:

• Creative – you will need to come up with ideas and produce engaging content
• Self-motivated – there will be elements of independent work and we value those who are willing to go above expectations
• Confident – half of the job is having the skills and tools, the other half is going out and getting it done! You need to be the kind of person that overcomes obstacles on your own
• Ambitious – we are a small business growing fast. We want you to bring new, exciting ideas.
• Curious – there will be things you haven’t heard of and new skills to learn, you need to be the person that is always asking questions and wanting to learn more
